Givaudan is a Swiss manufacturer of flavors, fragrances and active cosmetic ingredients. As of 2008, it is the world’s largest company in the flavor and fragrance industries. It is also a company that anticipates trends and needs and understands more than anyone else about people’s behavior and desires. Malagueta was deeply honored to have been invited to participate and facilitate the annual leadership strategy meeting in Brazil.
What we did:
– Exponential organizations’ lecture applied to the universe of the company.
– Co-creation workshop utilizing human-centric design tools to build projects, new ways of telling stories and even develop new services for the Flavor division to offer clients in Brasil.
Rather than simply applying the concepts of exponential organizations to the business context of Givaudan Flavors, it was crucial to show that it is possible to see the company as more than a manufacturer. After the leadership meeting, we refined the ideas and concepts of new services discussed in the larger group and brought back a clear recommendation for management.
